2. Performance characteristics

The machine integrates optics, machinery, electricity and gas. It is controlled by PC buttons or PLC programmable control, and can automatically complete forming, feeding, heat sealing, creasing, punching and other processes. It is suitable for aluminum-plastic, paper-aluminum, aluminum-aluminum and other packaging in the pharmaceutical, food, electronics, medical equipment, hardware and other industries.

1. It adopts the latest domestic high-power transmission mechanism, and the transmission shaft is driven by the chain, eliminating the error and noise of other gear transmissions.

2. The electrical control system can be equipped with imported electrical control according to customer requirements.

3. The whole machine has four-station combination: PVC forming, feeding, heat sealing and punching are one section for split packaging.

4. It adopts photoelectric control system, PVC, PTP, aluminum-plastic packaging automatic feeding, and waste edge automatic collection device to ensure the synchronization stability of multi-stations over ultra-long distances.

5. It can be equipped with photoelectric registration device, servo motor traction, graphic registration printing and packaging to optimize the grade of packaging.
