3. Working Principle

lCapsule filling machine feeds the filled capsules into the slanting entrance of the polisher.

lThe capsules go into the entrance of sieve net cylinder via the slanting entrance.

lThe capsules into the sieve net cylinder by revolving brush.

lBrush polishing and dedusting the capsule surface in the sieve net cylinder.

lThe vacuum sucker retrieves the material.

lThe capsules are brought to the outlet of sieve ne cylinder by brush.

lThe clean compressed air starts the selection of capsule at the pass of capsule selection

lThose capsules with low weight, empty body, scrap and loose piece are collected in the container.

lThe pressure of compressed air is shown on the meter of filtered decompress valve. And it can be controlled by adjustable knob.

lFinished capsules are ejected from outlet port.
