2. Main Features

lAs an automatic hard capsule filling machine, NJP-3500 operates intermittently and fills capsules with a plates of holes. Filling and conveying stations are totally enclosed. Besides, the upper mold base looks beautiful and elegant and has no dead corners for convenient and quick cleaning.

lThe upper and lower molds operate towards a single direction. Imported double lip polyurethane seal ring of good performance is applied.

lMold cleaning station combines air blowing with intake for high-speed operation of mold holes without flying dust.

lLocking station is equipped with dust collecting device.

lCapsule collar is installed in end product discharging station to avoid flying dust.

lMetering plate is made of copper to improve wear resistance and avoid being out of shape easily.
