1. Brief Introduction
This equipment has heating function and can control the temperature.
All parts of this equipment that come into contact with the materials are made of high-quality stainless steel and non-toxic and harmless materials to ensure the sanitary quality of the products.
Application:
The emulsification tank is suitable for the production of cosmetics, medicine, food, chemistry, dyeing, printing ink and other industrial products, especially for the emulsification of materials with high matrix viscosity and high solid content.
(1) Cosmetic industrial products: face cream, lotion, lipstick, shampoo, etc.
(2) Pharmaceutical industrial products: ointment, syrup, eye drops, antibiotics, etc.

Structure: The equipment consists of an emulsification pot, an emulsification system, a stirring system, a temperature control system, a cooling system, a heating system, a safety system, pipes, valves, etc.
2.The following is a detailed description of each part:
1. Emulsification emulsification pot description
1) Heating method: Jacket electric heating.
2) The inner tank material is: SUS316L, thickness is 5mm, internal polishing 300MESH (sanitary grade).
3) The middle tank material is: SUS304 thickness is 3mm, and the maximum working pressure is 0.1MPa.
4) The outer sheath material is SUS304, thickness is 2mm, and the outer polishing is 300MESH (sanitary grade).
5) All welds are polished after grinding and the interface adopts flanging arc transition.
6) The insulation layer adopts PU (polyurethane) multiple material foaming process, and the insulation effect is excellent.
7) Discharging method: can be tilted or positive pressure discharging.
8) Two sets of stirring devices in the pot:
a) High shear vortex emulsifying mixer, speed 0-3000r/min,
b) Slow frame scraper mixer, speed 0-60 r/min (frequency control)
2. Screw lifting instructions
1) Motor power: 0.75KW.
2) Motor drive, plus auxiliary guide rod, rising and falling stable and reliable.
