For Grand, Thailand is an essential strategic market, as it is home to many of our valuable customers in a variety of industries, such as Pharma, food, and cosmetic products. Over years, we have raved positive reviews from the customers that our machines have helped them produce desired products.
For this reason, Bruce Fu, CEO of Grand, thought it was high time that we visited our Thailand customers at the beginning of 2025 to consolidate our business relationship and to seek more cooperation opportunities.
Schedules
Our business trip began on 12th March when we arrived at the Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok at late night, and ended on 19th March, totaling seven days.
On the first day, we visited our agency who we had cooperated for nearly a decade in terms of pharmaceutical machines, such as capsule filling machines and blister packaging machines. Both sides exhibited strong willingness for long-term cooperation in the future, as they trusted the quality of our machines and services, while we found them professional and invited them to the upcoming exhibition held in China. In addition, we discussed the possibility of upgrading the capsule filling machine based on the feedback from his customers, and in the end, we found his suggestion quite constructive, and planned to modify our machine accordingly.
On the second day, we visited one customer involved in the food packaging industry. His team showed great interest in our ceramic filling machine, and we explained to them the advantages of ceramic in filling in a comprehensive manner. Later, they talked about their upcoming projects in filling pepper sauce and jelly, and would like to use our machines to produce the desired products.
In the following days, many customers warmly welcomed us, and discussed the equipment they wanted to purchase from us. For example, one customer showed great interest in applying robotic arms in his production line to increase production efficiency and automation level, and we showed our experience and expertise in this field.
In addition, another purpose of this trip was to provide after-sales service, as service is what we believe as the most important means to gain the trust of customers: we helped our customers troubleshoot faults in the machines they purchased from us to resume production.
Take Away and Expectation
The night before we left Thailand, our team had dinner together to celebrate the successful wrapping up of this trip. “ I’d like to give 9 out of 10 to this business trip, cause we not only gained recognition from our customers in Thailand who showed great hospitality and willingness for long-term and win-win cooperation, but also obtained projects to devote to, ” said Bruce Fu in the dinner.
As our customers are scattered around the world, Bruce Fu will once again lead a team to do what we have done in Thailand. With this effort, we have a conviction that in the near future, Grand will be an international brand in the field of packing, and that Grand machines will be dispatched worldwide.
