What does an automatic checkweigher do?
A checkweigher weighs each package inline and identifies underweight or overweight products, supporting quality control on automated production and packaging lines.
What weight range can be checked?
The CZ150 lists a maximum weighing capacity of 500 g with a 0.1 g scale division, and the CW600 lists a maximum of 600 g. Choose a model based on your package weight range.
How accurate is the weighing?
The CW600 lists an accuracy of ±0.5 g. Actual accuracy depends on product weight, line speed, conveyor setup, and environmental factors such as vibration and airflow, so testing with your packages is recommended.
How many products per minute can be inspected?
The CZ150 lists 60–100 products per minute, and the CW600 lists up to 200 products per minute. Actual speed depends on package size and spacing on the conveyor.
What happens to products outside the weight range?
Both models support optional rejection systems to remove out-of-range packages from the line. The suitable rejection method depends on the package type and line speed.
Can one checkweigher handle several products?
Yes. The CZ150, for example, stores up to 100 product presets and offers adjustable conveyor speed, so different products can be selected without re-entering settings.
Do you offer metal detection or vision inspection?
Our current checkweighers focus on weight inspection. If you also need metal detection or vision inspection, describe your requirements so suitable options can be discussed.
