OUR EQUIPMENT
A Complete Range of Packaging Machines
Each GRAND machine works on its own or as part of a connected line. Choose the stages your products need — from the first carton to the finished pallet.
Cartoning Machines
Automatic cartoners erect the carton, load the product and close it — for tubes, bottles, pharmaceutical packs and other boxed goods, with leaflet insertion on selected models.
Horizontal: GMZ130, GXC130, GQC120, GDS120 and the high-speed GKS280
Rotary: GDJ50 · Vertical: GKX180 continuous-motion
Case Packing & Carton Bundling
Automatic case packers group cartons, bottles and boxed products and load them into shipping cases, reducing manual handling at the end of the line. Carton bundling machines group cartons into tidy bundles for storage and transport.
Case packers: GZY500 and GDS500 side-load, GZY550 pick-and-place, GDS600 and GZY600
Carton bundling: GDSK15, GDSK25 and GDSK35
Cellophane Overwrapping Machines
Overwrapping machines wrap single cartons or carton groups in film with neat, tight folds — a clean, protective finish for boxed cosmetic, pharmaceutical and consumer products.
Models: GDST300 and GDST450 3D overwrapping machines, BT480 high-speed cellophane overwrapping machine
Automatic Checkweighers
Inline checkweighers check the weight of each product as it moves along the line, helping you catch underweight or overweight packs before they are cased and shipped.
Models: CW600 and CZ150 automatic checkweighers
Robotic Palletizing
The GPM-R30 portable collaborative robot palletizer stacks finished cases onto pallets at the end of the line — a compact way to automate one of the most physically demanding packaging tasks.
Model: GPM-R30 portable collaborative robot palletizer
Connect Every Stage Into One Packaging Line
Each GRAND machine performs well on its own. Connected — from tube filling and cartoning to overwrapping, checkweighing, case packing and palletizing — they run as one coordinated line, with a single supplier responsible for the interfaces.

PACKAGING LINE PLANNING
Connect the Machines Around Your Packaging Process
Start with the required finished pack, then coordinate product handling, inspection, film wrapping, case loading and palletizing. The sequence and equipment scope depend on your application.
Product & Pack Format
Share product dimensions and weight, carton drawings, film requirements and the number of products per case.
Output & Changeovers
Specify products, cartons, bundles or cases per minute. Include shift volume, format changes and operator involvement.
Transfers & Inspection
Match conveyor heights, direction, product spacing, accumulation and reject handling between machines.
Layout & Site Utilities
Confirm available floor space, access, power, compressed air, case handling and pallet dimensions before final selection.

FAQ / PACKAGING EQUIPMENT
Packaging Equipment FAQs
Answers about choosing equipment, packaging formats, weight inspection and line integration.
What equipment is included in this packaging range?
The range covers cartoning machines, case packing and palletizing, film overwrapping, shrink wrapping, carton bundling and inline checkweighing. Supporting equipment includes case erectors, case sealers, case liner bag inserters and bag sealing machines.
What is the difference between cartoning and case packing?
Cartoning places a product or product group into a folding carton for the next stage of distribution or sale. Case packing groups products or cartons inside a corrugated shipping case. A palletizer then stacks suitable packed cases onto a pallet.
How do I choose horizontal, vertical or rotary cartoning?
Choose around the product orientation, feeding method, carton design and output. Horizontal models insert products from the side. Vertical models load through the top and may use application-specific weighing or feeding. Rotary machines move cartons through indexed stations. Review product samples and carton drawings before confirming the format.
Are overwrapping, shrink wrapping and bundling the same process?
No. Envelope-style overwrapping folds film around a carton or carton group. Shrink wrapping seals film around a product and uses a shrink tunnel. The listed carton bundlers secure grouped cartons with a PE film band. Film choice and the desired finished pack determine the equipment required.
Does a checkweigher also fill or dose the product?
The CZ150 and CW600 inspect the weight of products moving through the packaging line. They are not filling or dosing machines. Specify the product weight range, dimensions, inspection rate, acceptance limits and reject method. Display resolution or scale division should not be treated as the guaranteed weighing accuracy.
Can these machines be connected into one line?
Integration is assessed around the actual products, packaging formats and layout. Cartoning, weight inspection, wrapping or bundling, case packing and palletizing can be evaluated as coordinated stages. Final line output depends on the slowest relevant stage, product accumulation and operating conditions; individual machine maximum speeds are not a guaranteed line rate.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Provide product samples or dimensions and weight, carton or case drawings, film specifications if applicable, products per carton or case, required output, available floor plan and destination utilities. Include inspection requirements, changeover formats and any existing equipment that the new system must connect to.
