Tube Filling and Sealing Machines for Creams, Gels and Pastes
GRAND tube filling and sealing machines fill and seal plastic, laminated and aluminum tubes with consistent fill volumes and clean, secure seals. Choose from seven models — from compact ultrasonic sealers to automatic machines running up to 120 tubes/min — each configured around your product and tube samples.
- 7 models, 10–120 tubes/min
- Plastic, laminated & aluminum tubes
- Ultrasonic, hot-air & folding seals
Which Sealing Method Does Your Tube Need?
Ultrasonic sealing suits compact, lower-output production of plastic and laminated tubes. Hot-air sealing is available on automatic plastic-tube models such as GD60-A and GD120-A, and mechanical folding and crimping closes aluminum tubes. Send us a tube sample and we will confirm the right method before you invest.

Choose the Tube Filling Configuration You Need
Mix and match what you need — tube material, automation level, filling range, line setup, output speed and sealing method — and we will recommend the model and configuration that delivers it.
Choose plastic, aluminum-plastic laminated or aluminum tubes — ultrasonic and hot-air versions for plastic and laminated tubes, folding and crimping versions for aluminum. Send your tube samples and we will match the configuration to the complete tube construction.
Choose manual loading with the GD007 ultrasonic sealer, automatic ultrasonic filling and sealing with GD009S and GD009, or automatic production on GD60, GD80A, GD70 and GD120 — and move up as your output grows.
Choose a filling range from 3 g on GD120-A up to 500 mL on GD70, with alternative dosing ranges on several models. Tell us your fill volume and product viscosity and we will specify the filling system.
Choose a standalone machine or a connected line — pair your tube filler with GRAND emulsifying mixers upstream and cartoning, checkweighing and case packing equipment downstream, planned together as one line.
Choose the output you need, from 10–15 tubes/min for small-batch ultrasonic sealing up to 80–120 tubes/min on the high-speed GD120. Speeds are model reference values; actual output depends on tube size, product and operating conditions.
Choose ultrasonic sealing (GD007, GD009S, GD009), hot-air sealing (GD60-A, GD120-A) or mechanical folding and crimping for aluminum tubes (GD60-Z, GD120-Z) — matched to your tube material and seal requirements.
Options vary by model and not every combination is available on one machine — share your requirements and we will recommend the best match. Specifications are subject to final technical confirmation.

FAQ / TUBE FILLING & SEALING
Tube Filling and Sealing Machine FAQs
Answers about tube materials, sealing methods, model speeds and the details needed to select your equipment.
Which tube materials can these machines handle?
The range covers plastic, aluminum-plastic laminated and aluminum tubes, and compatibility depends on the model. GD80A runs plastic and laminated tubes, while GD60, GD70 and GD120 come in separate versions for different tube materials. Send us tube samples so we can confirm the right configuration.
How do ultrasonic, hot-air and folding closures differ?
Ultrasonic and hot-air sealing are available on selected models for plastic or laminated tubes. Aluminum-tube versions use mechanical folding or crimping. A laminated tube with an aluminum barrier layer is not the same as a metal aluminum tube, so please tell us the complete tube construction.
Which model suits lower-output or manually loaded production?
GD007 is a manually loaded, semi-automatic ultrasonic sealer that runs at 10–15 tubes/min; tubes are filled separately. GD009S runs at 10–13 tubes/min and GD009 at 22–28 tubes/min, both with automatic filling and ultrasonic sealing.
What production speeds are available on the automatic machines?
GD60 runs at 30–50 tubes/min, GD80A at up to 80 tubes/min and GD70 at 60–80 tubes/min. GD120-A typically runs at 80–110 tubes/min and GD120-Z at 80–120 tubes/min. These are reference values; actual output depends on the product, tube size, setup and line conditions.
How should I choose the filling range?
Tell us the fill amount and product characteristics. GD80A covers 5–250 mL and GD70 covers 5–500 mL. GD120-A covers 3–250 g and GD120-Z covers 3–180 mL; grams and milliliters only convert with the product density. Some models offer alternative dosing ranges, which need to be specified when ordering.
Can the machine connect to cartoning and packing equipment?
Line integration can be assessed together with product feeding, tube discharge, cartoning, inspection and case packing. Share the equipment layout, transfer height, target output and available utilities so the interfaces and scope can be agreed.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Please provide the product type, viscosity or a representative sample, tube material and dimensions, fill volume, required output, destination country and available power and compressed air. Include any special cleaning, contact-material, coding or documentation requirements.
